The Office of Indian Elders Affairs, in conjunction with the national AmeriCorps VISTA program is pleased to announce an AmeriCorps VISTA Member community service opportunity. Through this service placement opportunity, at the ALTSD Office of Indian Elder Affairs in Albuquerque, you will gain professional experience, leadership skills and earn additional benefits while assisting with OIEA’s AmeriCorps VISTA Project: “Identifying Tribal Eldercare Needs for Supplemental Services”. We are currently seeking AmeriCorps VISTA Member applicants who have a commitment to service, cultural awareness, and who value an opportunity to support eldercare services of the Tribes, Pueblos and Nations in New Mexico through this project.
