Senior Services Expansion Initiative

Senior Services Expansion Initiative for Transportation, Case Management and Activities

The purpose of the Senior Services Expansion Initiative is to expand and implement transportation, case management and activity services and to increase the number of customers served for Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025).  This initiative will prioritize adding and expanding services in the most rural, underserved parts of New Mexico.

Applicants may propose adding the service directly or subcontracting the service to a qualified provider.  Applicants must be in full compliance with reporting and current contract deliverables.

Applicants may choose to apply for one or all Senior Services Expansion Initiative services.  To be eligible, existing providers must be currently contracted with funds provided by ALTSD.

The Aging Services Expansion Initiative awards will be based on application responses, including a detailed budget and required attachments.
